Why ICO?
After completing my residency and education at ICO, I knew that I wanted to continue to be a part of this fantastic community. In addition, ICO provides a rigorous and robust educational and clinical experience, and I want to help train future clinicians to seek their full potential.
Biography
Dr. Neher completed his undergraduate education at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, earning a Bachelor's of Arts in biology and concentration in biochemistry. He went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry in 2022 and then went on to complete a residency in primary eye care and ocular disease at ICO in 2023. Dr. Neher works in the Cornea and Contact Lens department fitting a variety of contact lens modalities, while also training third and fourth year student clinicians.
