Why ICO?
Biography
I am the instructor for the Clinical Medicine course to the 3rd year students, providing a broad yet comprehensive overview of general medicine topics that the practicing optometrist is likely to encounter on a frequent basis. Medical disorders may have direct ocular manifestations or therapies may have ocular toxicities, and a foundation in basic clinical medicine is necessary to provide optimal comprehensive patient care.
Special Interests
Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease. Nutrition in critical illness, management of the critically ill patient, prevention of complications in critically ill patients
