Transcripts & Duplicate Diplomas
FOR TRANSCRIPTS & PAPER DIPLOMAS:
We strongly encourage you to request a transcript using your verified, ICO-issued account on our new Alumni resource: alumni.ico.edu.

If you do not have an ICO-issued email, you can request an account or, use this paper Transcript Request Form. By law, we are required to collect your written or official digital signature, so transcript requests cannot be made via phone or email. Completed forms should be emailed as attachments to registrar@ico.edu.

Diplomas can be ordered and paid online via our Credential Request Portal.
FOR DIGITAL DIPLOMAS:
(NEW!) We are proud to now offer electronic diplomas for lifetime use. Keep a copy of your diploma on any digital device or share it on LinkedIn. All you need is an email address! To receive your digital diploma, please visit this page.

Alumni Council
The Alumni Council is a group of alumni and students who lead the Alumni Association and serve the College. Meeting four times per year, they are governed by their own bylaws as well as a 5-year Strategic Plan.
The Alumni Council creates and implements programs to serve the needs of alumni and students. Some of their annual initiatives include raising funds for scholarships for fourth year students, the Alumni Ambassador Program, and an awards ceremony recognizing excellence in optometry.
